Cerbère hails from the Parisian suburbs.
The band was created by guitarist Baptiste P. (Ex-Lord Humungus) and drummer Baptiste Reig (DST, Frank Sabbath, Aven) out of the ashes of Baptiste P. former doom band, later joined by bassist Thom Dezelus (Carpet Burns).

After the first lockdown, the feverous trio delivered this 1st 25mn eponym EP recorded live by Pablo Saguez at the Studio Blow and Mastered by Cyril Meysson from French Psych band Noyades.
Cerbère recorded 3 tracks wreaked with the scent of bad tripping catacombs sludge, crossed with humming noise drones from their cracked up amps. Opening on an Abbath inspirational statement,
gut-driven guitars weave with heavy drum breaks and thick & vile basslines.

As a hellish three-headed hound, blackened chants invoke obscure French lyrics and combine 70’s Heavy proto doom filthened with angst and malevolence.
